YOUR BUSINESS UNIT
Crews in this business unit
Set the team size, production range, and average hourly rate for each crew.
| Crew | Members | Min houses per day | Max houses per day | Incentive houses (2 weeks) | Avg. hourly rate / member | Remove |
|---|
Each crew’s average hourly rate applies per member to scheduled hourly pay and installation bonus hours. The paid schedule, day rate, and fixed goal bonus are shared. Houses and revenue are counted once per crew.

QUALITY THAT LASTS
End-of-season bonus
Plan one bonus pool for the whole business unit and see how maintenance affects every crew’s share.
Enter a bonus pool to calculate the season payout.
| Crew | Members | Pool share | Original crew bonus | Reduction | Adjusted crew bonus | Avg. payout / member |
|---|
The pool is shared equally across all members, so each crew’s share follows its headcount. Member amounts are averages; crew totals include any cent rounding. Partial percentage points are prorated and reductions stop at 100%. This is a separate seasonal payment, outside the two-week pay totals.

How your plan adds up
One shared paid schedule. Each crew has its own production range.
Hourly + incentives
Each crew aims for its own daily maximum, limited by daily capacity. Members earn scheduled pay plus bonus hours above their crew’s minimum. Every member receives the biweekly bonus when combined business-unit output meets the goal.
Hourly only
Each crew stops at its own daily minimum, or its lower daily capacity. Scheduled hours × hourly rate × members gives crew pay. Houses and revenue are counted once per crew, then added across the business unit.
Day rate
Each crew uses the same minimum-output assumption as hourly only. Pay is days worked × day rate × members. Every listed day is paid. Business-unit results add each crew’s houses, revenue, and pay.
